Ms. Stephany – Director & Founder / Child Development Site Supervisor Permit / BS in Early Childhood Education & Sociology

I began working in the Early Childhood Education field at the age of 16 and instantly knew this was the career path for me. I went on to obtain my bachelor’s degree from a nationally accredited teaching program in my home state. I dual majored in ECE and Sociology while also holding teaching positions in various schools.

My education and hands-on work experience provided me with extensive knowledge in the realm of Early Childhood Education, and the various methodologies.

I became a mom in 2018 and decided to stay home with my baby, she was diagnosed with Leukemia in 2020 and the thought of going back to work or putting her in a preschool terrified me.

Fast forward to now, she is healthy, happy, and thriving. After having my third daughter I decided to stop putting my pipe dream on hold and do whatever I needed to create the most authentic preschool program available. Something I could be honored to have my children attending.

This program is my fourth child, and I have poured my heart and soul into this school. Becoming a part of Rainbow Country Day is becoming a part of our family – we will always go above and beyond to make sure you and your child are happy, heard, and supported.

I am honored to serve as the Assistant Director of Rainbow Country Day School, serving the community of Temecula. I hold a Master of Science in Education Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Studies with an emphasis in Early Child Intervention. I also hold a Child Development Program Director Permit, reflecting my commitment to excellence and high standards in early childhood education.

I bring over 15 years of experience in the field of early childhood education. Throughout my career, I have remained passionate about supporting young children during their most important developmental years. I truly believe that early childhood is the foundation for lifelong learning, confidence, and character. My background in early intervention allows me to thoughtfully support each child’s individual needs while partnering closely with families and teachers.

Rainbow Country Day School has been such a blessing to me and to my son, who also attends school here. Being both a leader and a parent within this community gives me a unique and personal perspective. I am deeply invested in creating a nurturing, safe, and inspiring environment not only for your children, but for my own as well.

My goal is to help foster a school culture rooted in compassion, integrity, excellence, and strong family partnerships. I am grateful to be part of a community where children feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow.
